Windows 设置示例

1. 控制面板 → 日期和时间 → Internet 时间 → 更改设置
2. 服务器填入：ntp.aliyun.com → 立即更新

Linux 测试命令

ntpdate ntp.aliyun.com

提示：防火墙需要放行 UDP 123 端口；优先选国内 NTP，延迟更低、成功率更高。
